AQUA program takes place outside my massage center without massage.

It consists of a visit to the pool with water jets, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna.

Relaxation and balance are essential to bring vitality and life to the body. Water helps in healing, cleansing and re-energizing.

Getting to the Pool: We’ll meet in Leiria or another to be agreed upon.

You need to bring: Swimsuit and swimming cap.

For your use at the Pool: Changing rooms available with lockers, slippers, towel, bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Time to Relax, Heal, Balance: We’ll use all the facilities available to release tension and stress. Approximately 60 minutes.

Final Ritual: Tea served on site and return to Leiria.
