Starting the Session
The session begins with a conversation, sitting on the couch, and talking about what’s bothering you.
Whether it is worries, problems, doubts, here is your time and I have all the time for you!
This time is when we start to know each other, so that I can better adapt my massage to you. It is also the first step to free your mind and initiate the relaxation.
Beginning the Massage
After our talk, I’ll ask you to lie down, close your eyes.
And let your body and mind feel my touch thus making you enjoy this moment.
My hands will touch your entire body, including the intimate area, alternating between a firm or gentle touch.
In this way I’ll help eliminate tension and muscle pain, thus improving better blood flow and circulation throughout the body.
Before getting up, I’ll ask you to breath deep.
So that you can integrate all the relaxation achieved during the massage, leaving you calm and balanced.

Full Body Massage time
45min – 120€ | 1h30 – 170€
Full body massage times vary, if you feel very tense, please choose the longer one.
If you’re the type of person that can’t lie still for long, then the shorter massage is the better choice.
Also if you would like a much longer full body massage, that is also possible, please talk to me first!
The massage is performed on a tatami mat, for your maximum comfort and well-being.
